WELCOME TO OUR SECONDARY SCHOOL EXCURSION BLOG: with grade 9 (all classes) and 10 Milky Way (AS Level Geography)
Photos and reflections from the grade 9 excursion to Puncak's Cibodas Botanical Garden in the national park as part of the IB MYP Unit 4: Achievement. For subject; Individual & Societies (InS).
Cipodas Botanical Gardens, Puncak National Park, located in Forest Complex Gunung Gede Pangrango , Village Cimacan , Cipanas, Cianjur . Field topography undulating and hilly with an altitude of 1,275 m above sea level, air temperature 17-27 degrees Celsius.
This vineyard was founded in 1852 by Johannes Elias Teijsmann as a branch of the Bogor Botanical Gardens on location at the foot of Mount Gede . With 2,380 mm of rainfall per year and an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, the botanical garden is devoted to a collection of plants moist tropical highlands, such as the variety of conifers and ferns .
